Sea Dog, "Blue Paw," Blueberry Ale, Portland, ME, 12 oz, (3.5%) $4.75
Are you kidding me? Blueberries and Beer. Seriously, try this. Wild, Maine Blueberries and a beautiful Wheat Beer. It's a match made in Maine. Intense fruit aroma with a vibrant fresh flavour. You can have it before or after.

Murphy's, Irish Stout, Pub Draft Can, Cork, Ireland, 16 oz, (4% ABV) $5.50 $5.50
Guiness ain't got nothin' on this one. This is the true Stout of County Cork. Deep, dark, rich, and sultry. Crack the Pub Draft can and the "widget" releases the pressure that ensures a creamy, chocolaty experience. Dixie Brewing Co., Lager, Monroe, WS, 12 oz, (4.6% ABV)

Dixie Brewing Co., Lager, Monroe, WS, 12 oz, (4.6% ABV) $4.75
Hurricane Katrina destroyed the Brewery and while they rebuild it the beer is brewed in Wisconnsin. This is a true American Lager with plenty of bright, fresh flavour.and a perfect alternative to the National Brands that are so boring.

Dixie Brewing Co., "Jazz" Amber Light, Monroe WS, 12 oz, (4.6% ABV) $4.75
See above. Oh yeah, and bye the way, Light Beer doesn't have to taste like water. Unlike most other American "Lite" Beers, Jazz is an Amber. More aroma, more flavour, more "bang for the buck!" Result: No Guilt about Light.

Birra Moretti, Lager, Udine, Italy, 12 oz, (4.6% ABV) $4.75
Founded in 1859 its famous label was created from a photo of a man sipping a Moretti at a local restaurant. This has become a favourite over the past several years. Traditional Lager aromas and flavours. Live La Dolce Vita.

Bateman's, Combined Harvest, Multigrain, Lincolnshire, UK ,500ml (4.7% ABV) $9.50
Like morning Breakfast Cereal. A blend of Malted Oats, Rye, Wheat, & Barley. Seriously, it smells like Breakfast! It tastes like heaven, though. Rich and round with citrus notes balanced by malt and hops. Not too heavy. Just right.

Stiegl, "Goldbrau," Lager, Salzburg, Austria, 330ml (4.9 % ABV) $5.00
This Brewery has been in operation in Salzburg since 1492. "Goldbrau" is a Golden Lager that is crisp, clean and very easy to drink. We recommend this as an easy lunchtime or early evening beverage. Very refreshing.

Woodchuck Draft Cider, "Amber," Springfield, VA, 12 oz (5 % ABV) $4.75
100% Apples, 100% Vermont and Gluten Free. The folks at the Green Mountain Cidery are nuts over apples and Hard Cider. The Amber is one of their more complex offerings. A little sweeter, a little richer. Cider for the fans

St. Peter's Brewery, Old Style Porter, Suffolk, England, 500ml, (5.1% ABV) $9.50
Sorry, but you might have to fight Robert over the rights to this one. It's kind of like a "black and tan" in a bottle. A traditional blend of an old ale and a young lighter beer. Deep, dark, alluring, have it with meat.

Spaten, Premium Lager, Munich, Germany, 350ml, (5.2% ABV) $4.75
When many consider German Lager they consider Spaten. It is a lighter lager than yields itself to delicate foods and refreshing moments. This might be the best beer to begin an evening in the Lounge with...or the perfect close.

North Coast, Ruedrich's Red Seal Ale, Ft. Bragg, CA, (5.5% ABV) $4.75
We are sure that you have all heard of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Well, they wish they were Red Seal! This is hands down the best "Pale Ale" that is produced anywhere. Richly flavoured and very "hoppy." Enjoy with Grilled Meats.

Cucapa Brewing Co., "Chupacabras," Baja, CA/MEXICO, (5.8% ABV) $4.75
Goat Suckers? Are you serious? Yup! Finally a serious Microbrewery from Mexico. This is an American Pale Ale Style. Slightly darker in style with a rich, creamy, citrus marmalade finish. The kitchen might steel this for themselves.

Anderson Valley Brewing, "Hop Ottin," I.P.A., Boonville, CA, 12 oz (7% ABV) $5.00
As silly as this may sound, in the Anderson Valley they have their own language. In "Bootling"Hop Ottin translates to "hard working Hops." This might be the most aggressive Hops Beer ever! I.P.A. All the Way!

Chimay, Premiere Red Cap, Abbaye de Scourmont, Belgium, 330ml (7% ABV) $9.50
O.K. Time for a little Beer Reliogion. Trappist Monks in Belgium making Beer. This is a Top Fermented, Traditional Trappist Ale that is then refermented in the botlle. The end result...creamy, full flavoured, yum.

Napa Smith, Lost Dog, Red Ale, Napa, CA, 22oz. (7.2% ABV) $9.00

Schmaltz Brewing, "He'Brew Origin Pomegranate Ale, NY, 22 oz (8% ABV) $9.75
Beer with a sense of humour...and really good beer, too. This is an Imperial Amber Ale with Pomegranate Juice. It has a twisted sense of History from the most twisted Brewer in the U.S. Despite that...it's amazingly Beer Geek good!

North Coast, "Rasputin," Russian Imperial Stout, Ft. Bragg, CA, 12 oz (9% ABV) $5.50
O.K. So....Yves found this beer that he really, really, REALLY, liked. And, typical of Yves, he didn't want to share. But after a little prodding, here it is. Very intense, very strong, very Soviet, but from California. Enjoy it.

Delirium Tremens, Brasserie Familiale, Huyge, Belgium, 330ml (9% ABV) $9.50
A little "tongue in cheek" as this Belgian Strong Pale Ale is named after the term "DT's" (the tremors one experiences during Alcohol withdrawal.) Needless to say, this is a HUGE beer with rich, yet refreshing flavours. A must try.

The Kiuchi Brewery was established in 1858 and is still family owned and operated today. This Belgian White Beer has a typically fruity nuance enhanced by the coriander and bitter orange it is fermented with. Refreshing.

Brouwerji Verhaeghe, Duchesse de Bourgogne, Belgium, 750ml (6.2% ABV) $22.00
This is a traditional Flemish Red Ale matured in oak casks for 18 months. Well…they do blend a little bit of 8 month old beer to smooth this rich, chocolately, passion fruit flavoured brew out. Quite a find and not for the feint of heart.

Meantime Brewery, India Pale Ale, England, 750ml (7.5% ABV) $18.00
Hopheads unite under the Union Jack! To quote the Brewery "the beer is brewed with as many hops as we can jam into the copper." Very bright aromatics with layers of tart citrus, marzipan, & hops. A true I.P.A.!

Brouwerji De Proef, Witte Noir, Belgium, 750ml (7.5% ABV) $18.00

Kleinbrouwerji de Glazen Toren, Saison, Belgium, 1.5 litre (7.5% ABV) $65.00

North Coast Brewing, Brother Thelonius, Ft. Bragg, CA, 750ml (9.3% ABV) $15.00
We are definitely "All Jazzed Up" about this brew. This is a Belgian Style Abbey Ale similar to a "Dark, Strong, Ale." One of the really hip gigs about it is that proceeds from sales are donated to the "Thelonius Monk Institute of Jazz."

Brouwerji St. Bernardus, ABT 12, Belgium, 750ml (10.5% ABV) $21.00
It's in the water. Yup. Water pumped from 150 feet below ground that originated from rainfalls during the time of Joan of Arc. That & this might be considered the finest offering from this Monastery. Dark, strong, yet fruity &gentile.

Allagash Brewing Co., Curieux, Portland, ME, 750ml, (11% ABV) $35.00
Allagash might just be the hottest Micro Brewery in the U.S. today! Curiuex is an absolute oddity. Allagash Triple Ale is aged in used Bourbon Barrels for 8 weeks. In Barrel the brew picks up notes of coconut, vanilla, & a hint of bourbon.

Aspall Ciders, Cuvee Chevallier, Cyder, U.K., 750ml (11% ABV) $26.00
These Brits know their Cider. They should. The Chevallier family has been producing fine cider on their farm since 1702. This offering is double fermented which results in a creamy, floral, pleasant cider with layers of apple richness.

Gouden Carolus, Van de Kaiser, Blau, Belgium, 1.5 litre (11% ABV) $78.00
The Brewery is one of the oldest in Belgium, established in 1369. This is a very strong, "Strong, Dark, Ale" in a very, big bottle. There are layers & layers of dark, sweet notes of coffee, plum, cherry, treacle, & malted yeast. Huge.

Deus, Brut de Flanders, Brouwerij Bosteels, Belgium, 750ml (11.5% ABV) $57.00
This is the real "Champagne of Beer." So much so that we offer it with Champagne flutes rather than Beer Glasses. Fine, golden colour with a creamy mousse. Yeasty, toasty aromas of hops & citrus fruits. Delicate, yet very rich.
