This is the younger sibling to the famous Tinto Pesquera A charming and balanced wine that is made from 100% Tempranillo. Slightly more fruit forward than Pesquera, quite lovely.

A very enjoyable white wine from Chile. Nice flavors of lemongrass with a splash of grapefruit followed by a very clean finish. Chile continues to represent incredible value.

This is such a refreshing wine and a great way to begin the evening. Flavors of lemon, pineapple, gooseberries and ripe passionfruit..wow, makes your mouth water!
 
Pegasus Bay, Riesling, New Zealend, 2006 $40.00
New Zealand's Highest Rated Riesling! The wine has aromas and flavours of lemons, limes, white peaches, nectarines and spice. Yves recommends this as a great starter or with lighter faire.
 
Meerlust, Chardonnay, South Africa, 2007 $40.00
When Yves tried this wine he simply had to add it to the wine list. Merlots is considered to be the finest producer in South Africa. This wine drinks like a complex White Burgundy.

A very well-balanced wine with flavors of red berries, cassis, and plums, wrapped together with soft round tannins with a touch of new oak on the finish.

Loaded with black cherry and strawberry flavors, this is a very powerful Aussie! Ripe and round, velvety and long in the mouth. You simply have to try it!
 
Pirramimma, Shiraz, Reserve, McClaren Vale, 2005 $42.00
A great drinking Shiraz packed full of raspberry and dried cherry fruits with a slight touch of oak and spice on the finish. Consistently high scoring and worth every drop.
 
Final Cut, "Take Two," Shiraz/Cabernet, Langhorn Creek, 2006 $53.00
70% Shiraz from vines more than 100 years old and 30% inky, dry farmed Cabernet. This is a black & blueberry scented powerhouse of a wine. Intense and oozing with flavour.
 
Whitehaven, Pinot Noir, Marlbogough, 2007 $40.00
The new "hot bed" for beautiful and lush Pinot Noir is definitely now New Zealand. This is a deeply colored wine that expresses exotic aromas and crisp, yet juicy, Pinot flavors.
 
Meerlust, "Rubicon," South Africa, 2005 $49.00
A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, & 10% Wow. Wait... that's 110%? That's absolutely correct. Rich and luxurious with incredible textures.
